Reservation is confirmed by paying 30% of the total amount to our bank account.

CANCELATION POLICY

1. If the reservation is cancelled 46 day or more, prior to the arrival date, the full refund will be made minus the refund transaction charges.

2. If the reservation is cancelled 45 - 31 days prior to the arrival date, only 50% of the advanced payment will be refunded minus the transaction charges.

3. If the reservation is cancelled 30 day or less, prior to the arrival date, no refund will be made.

4. In cases of no shows or early checkouts no refund will be made.
